OVERVIEW
This is obviously the tallest structure in the mostly low-rise Soho (South of Houston Street) neighborhood. The building is located on the corner of Spring and Varick, not a particularly pretty corner yet, and also close to 6th Avenue and Hudson Street. This slice of downtown is very eclectic, sort of a culmination of the art, fashion, and shopping worlds collide. Restaurants and nightlife abound as well
